Khalilah Bruton is the Executive Assistant to Attorney Bleakley. She holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Georgia State University’s Andrew Young School of Policy Studies. As an ATLANTIS scholar, she studied in Venice, Italy at Ca’ Foscari University in the Economics and Management program from 2013-2014. While there, she studied business organization, economics, accounting and marketing. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in economics. She previously worked for the American Bar Association in the Business Law Section, as well as a solo attorney. Her interests include social justice, economic equality, and behavioral economics.
Khalilah enjoys being involved in her community. Some of her affiliations include:
- Illinois Action for Children’s volunteer services for Chicago’s North Lawndale neighborhood
- South Georgia Strings Project community orchestra
- Truly Living Well Urban Garden of downtown Atlanta, GA
As the Executive Assistant to Attorney Bleakley, she assists with a wide variety of client and association matters for the Firm.
